2. Discuss Property Types and Locations: We will ask you many questions to determine which locations and properties will best suit you. We are not here to waste your time. We will only show you properties that meet your requirements.

3. Determine Property Features and Selections: We will discuss with you property features that are most important to you and may affect the current and future value. You will be provided information on comparable home prices in the area.

4. Arrange a pre-approval meeting with a mortgage lender

6. Narrow down the housing options to the ones that best meet your requirements

7. Set up appointments to preview homes at your convenience

8. Write the offer and negotiate the price and terms on your behalf: Once a desirable property is found we will assist you in preparing a written offer for purchasing this property. We will go over the purchase process and prepare the offer with your best interests in mind. All paperwork, including disclosures and addendums, will be explained in detail and presented to the seller on your behalf.

12. Review the results of all inspection reports with you: If major issues arise after the home inspection we will assist you in renegotiating with the seller to offset the costs of any repairs/replacements

13. Maintain continuous contact with the mortgage lender and title company until a financing approval is received and a closing time is set

14. Accompany you on a walk-through inspection of the property prior to closing

15. Attend the closing to answer questions and assist you in resolving any issues that may arise

16. Remain in contact with you after the closing to follow-up on any remaining details and services you may need
